Fruishi, Dessert Sushi Contest Entry

Fruit + Sushi = Fruishi!
Wasabi is matcha green tea powder flavored mochi
Rice is mochi, flavored with simple syrup
And top to bottom, left to right they are:

Swedish Fish Makizushi (with Fruit Rollup Nori), Pear "Ika", Plum "Aoyagi",
Raspberry "Ikura", Peach "Sake", Swedish Fish held on with a strap of Fruit Rollup Nori
Strawberry "Maguro", Mango "Tamago"
